My Business model is a kind of dropshipping. It is just simple it joins supplier and customer needs. A dropshipping store doesn’t maintain inventory. Instead, when a customer places an order, the store forwards it to a dropshipping supplier. And then that business audience is a niche audience. We were only targeting young people.
Let’s discuss my business USP. The first USP is all deliveries are made in plain, unmarked packaging to maintain customer privacy. The second one is Customers can purchase and receive products without fear of embarrassment or invasion of privacy. And also Customers have a variety of choices to suit their preferences and needs, from standard options to niche products.
How did I marketing?
My primary marketing channels are in particular social media (Facebook, Telegram and TikTok). Using main marketing strategy is content marketing. No boosting and no spending marketing budget. I just using content marketing.
Within just 12 months (2022 – 2023), we achieved a total sales volume of 130 Lakhs, reflecting the strong demand for our services and the trust our customers have placed in us. Until now, I will run this service.
